Will has been directing Reach for one year and loves it here in Durango! He loves doing social activities (massive extrovert) and is always down for some pickup basketball, ping pong, or spikeball. He’s currently working on a Christian Counseling degree online and has been in ministry vocationally (children’s ministry and college ministry) for a little under 3 years! Him and Cass have been married since August 2018!

Rose has been active in college ministry for over 6 years now, first as a student and now as a leader. She has been married to her husband, Josh since 2018 and they are expecting their first baby in August! She is passionate about women knowing the Bible and loves helping women get deeper into their faith through discipleship. She is always down to thrift shop, drink some chai, or explore a new hiking trail in Durango.

Cass is super passionate about Reach and has been involved in college ministry for almost two years. She loves meeting new people and is all about hugs. She is a part time wedding photographer, loves naps, and will definitely play a board game with you. Cass loves to function behind the scenes and doing some of the stuff others don’t want to do! Her and Will have been married since August 2018!

Emily has been involved with this college ministry for four years, but this will be her first year as a resident! She is from Denver CO and graduated from the Fort in the spring of 2021. She is passionate about building relationships and developing community. She is super excited to help with women’s discipleship and hospitality.

Eric has been in Durango for one year and loves it. He moved here to play basketball from Wyoming and is excited to be working with Reach! He loves people and social activities, so he is always looking for different people to hang with! Eric is most excited about the opportunity to meet new people and watch Jesus move in these new relationships.

All staff is plugged in and serving at First Baptist Durango. The staff submits to the Elders of FBC for accountability and guidance.
